I did not feel I could not do this manicure to honor those lost in the school shooting in Newtown, CT. As many of you know, both of us are from Connecticut, and I still live there. I can't stop watching the coverage, and each time I watch, it brings me to tears. It is such a sad time in this state, all over the country and even elsewhere in this world.
To honor those lost in the horrific tragedy, many of use are doing white manicures.
